KOTS is operated by Mindlace Industries Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13905733), registered office 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. In these terms, “KOTS”, “we” and “us” mean Mindlace Industries Ltd.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your account secure and use KOTS lawfully. Styling suggestions are guidance; you remain responsible for purchase, fit and wear decisions.

Retailer prices, sizes, delivery and availability can change. Purchases are made with the retailer and are subject to that retailer’s own terms and returns policy. Some links to retailers are affiliate links — see our Affiliate Disclosure.

Paid features renew for the period shown at purchase until cancelled. Current pricing, renewal timing and any guarantee are shown before you subscribe.

KOTS owns its service and editorial content. You retain rights in content you provide and give KOTS permission to process it only as needed to operate and improve the service.

We use aggregate information about how KOTS is used and performs to understand what is useful, spot problems and make your experience better. This aggregate measurement does not record your screen or the content you type into KOTS. You can separately choose to share a fully masked session replay, and can change either choice at any time. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how this works and how to opt out.
